## Turning commitments into collective action to cut plastic pollution

Founded in 2018 by a coalition of public, private, and international institutions, the Global Plastic Action Partnership (GPAP) is the World Economic Forum’s multi-stakeholder platform that unites governments, businesses, and civil society to tackle plastic pollution and build a sustainable, inclusive world.By aligning national priorities with global ambition, our mission is to scale up solutions through knowledge and lessons from 25 partnerships — driving action that reduces plastic waste, creates economic opportunity, and advances the circular economy.
