The Cambodia Plastic Action Roadmap assesses the country's plastic ecosystem through a baseline analysis and evaluates through a systems-change-analysis how upstream and downstream interventions in the plastics value chain could lead to a more circular model by 2040. The systems-change scenario is accompanied with a business-as-usual scenario which predicts a continues rise in plastic pollution up to 2040. The baseline analysis enables the modelling of future scenarios on plastic consumption up to 2040. The report was developed with contributions from a wide range of stakeholders, including government, industry, recyclers, academia, and civil society.
