This report is led by a multi-stakeholder Working Group comprising Common Seas, the Global Plastic Action Partnership at the World Economic Forum, the Global Plastics Policy Centre of the Revolution Plastics Institute, IUCN, the World Bank Group, WRAP, Eunomia Research & Consulting, and the Plastics Pact Network.
