The Viet Nam Financing Roadmap for Plastic Action assesses the country’s financing landscape across the plastic value chain, estimating the investment required to achieve national targets for reducing plastic pollution by 2030. Building on the Viet Nam Plastic Action Assessment and Roadmap Considerations, this roadmap uses a system-change approach. The analysis quantifies financing needs and gaps across upstream and downstream interventions and sets out priority financing mechanisms, policy levers, and investment pathways to mobilize capital for a circular plastics economy.
