This social context assessment was commissioned by the Global Plastic Action Partnership (GPAP) and conducted by the Women Environmental Programme (WEP) in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Environment, Nigeria and the National Plastic Action Partnership (NPAP).
The assessment seeks to provide evidence and identify potential solutions to address inequities and practical next steps for further exploring the appropriateness and feasibility of these solutions, which can feed into policies, planning and actions of the Nigeria NPAP and its work to ensure outcomes are gender-responsive and inclusive.
