This report, co-authored by the World Economic Forum and UN ESCAP, with input from the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), explores ASEAN’s plastics value chain and the role of trade in advancing plastics circularity. It reviews ongoing business and policy efforts across the region, identifies opportunities to strengthen them, and sets out a practical action agenda for coordinated regional action through trade and industrial policy.
