Reusable Pallet Wraps

SDGs Impacted

Reusable Transport Packaging

Galaxy Pack operates in Colombia and is expanding across Latin America, with early-stage international exploration in Europe (Spain) focused on food and export logistics.

They currently have more than 4,000 reusable pallet covers deployed across industrial and logistics operations and collaborate with clients across logistics, retail, food, and manufacturing sectors.

Galaxy Pack is redefining industrial packaging through a systemic reuse model, combining material innovation, logistics efficiency, and climate impact.

Key innovations include:

  • Reusable pallet covers (core solution):
High-resistance, customizable textile systems that replace stretch film and single-use packaging, with up to 2,500 uses and 5-year lifespan, enabling a shift from linear to circular logistics.
  • Packaging-as-a-Service model:
They offer reusable packaging through sale and rental schemes, reducing upfront costs and accelerating adoption of reuse systems in B2B supply chains.
  • Galaxy IceShield™ (cold-chain innovation):
A passive cooling system integrated into reusable packaging, eliminating the need for energy-intensive refrigerated transport and reducing both emissions and food loss.
  • FoodTech applications:
Their solutions are being adapted to address food loss in logistics (up to 40%), improving thermal stability and product protection in export and distribution chains.
  • Sustainable cleaning technology (CleanTech line):
Complementary solutions for industrial cleaning that reduce water use by up to 80%, enabling circular maintenance of reusable systems.

Galaxy Pack is currently seeking the support of an experienced economist, preferably based in Europe or the United States, to develop a formal endorsement letter highlighting the positive economic impact of our solution in the U.S. market. This letter will support their application for a business visa, demonstrating how Galaxy Pack can contribute to cost reduction, job creation, supply chain efficiency, and the transition toward sustainable and circular logistics systems in the United States.
